FAQ Delivery 


1. When will my order be delivered?

Our estimated delivery is currently 3-4 working days. Please note occasionally some orders may be delivered in more than one parcel on separate days.


2. Where do you deliver to?

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you gave us, provided that it is in mainland UK or Northern Ireland.

3. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is £2.99 VAT included.

4. My order has not arrived. What should I do?

5. What happens if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?

A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know the courier has attempted to deliver your parcel. Please follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery and any return shipping fees are at your cost if the product is not faulty, damaged or used. We cannot accept used items unless they have a fault. Non-faulty items should be returned in a resellable state.
